Al\u021bii s-au \u00eencordat \u2014 \u201ede ce mi s-a \u00eengr\u0103\u0219at impozitul?\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hai s\u0103 vorbim calm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 ai un singur apartament \u00een care locuie\u0219ti \u2014 cel mai probabil lumea nu se pr\u0103bu\u0219e\u0219te. Da, impozitul poate cre\u0219te. Nu de zece ori \u2014 poate de dou\u0103, hai trei. Dac\u0103 pl\u0103team 100 lei pe an pentru apartament, voi pl\u0103ti 300. Constant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nu exist\u0103 impozit pe aer \u2014 spuneai?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0218i aici nu mai e vorba de politic\u0103. Nu e vorba cine are dreptate. Nu e doar \u201eactualizare pentru transparen\u021b\u0103\u201d. Este scoaterea pie\u021bei din zona gri.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Statul omoar\u0103 schema gri nu prin interdic\u021bii, ci prin aritmetic\u0103. C\u00e2nd valoarea cadastral\u0103 ajunge aproape de cea real\u0103, subevaluarea \u00een contract devine practic inutil\u0103 \u0219i riscant\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pragul pentru \u201elux\u201d este atins mult mai repede. Iar proprietarul unui portofoliu \u00eencepe s\u0103 calculeze nu venitul, ci povara anual\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0218i partea interesant\u0103? Este doar \u00eenceputul. Reevaluarea se va face la fiecare trei ani.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 valoarea cadastral\u0103 va fi adus\u0103 la nivelul pie\u021bei destul de rapid \u2014 \u0219i nu mai putem \u00eenghe\u021ba situa\u021bia pentru 20 de ani \u0219i s\u0103 uit\u0103m de ea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 alerg\u0103m m\u00e2ine s\u0103 vindem tot. \u00censeamn\u0103 c\u0103 epoca \u201e\u021bin pentru c\u0103 poate \u00eemi va trebui\u201d se apropie de final. Chiar toate acoper\u0103 noua povar\u0103 fiscal\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ei bine, am ajuns la cap\u0103t? Nu. Suntem doar la \u00eenceput.
